Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, we work by appointment only, first time wedding dress fittings can be booked online or through our various contact platforms. 

Walk-ins are also welcome, but availability is not guaranteed. We understand that this is one of the most important processes for any bride, and every bride deserves to take her time to find their perfect dress.

When should I place an order for my dress?

If possible it is best to allow 5 – 8 months before your wedding to order a gown. This will allow enough time for the construction, transport as well as alteration of your gown to ensure a perfect fit. Our lead times vary between 3 – 5 months and we do our best to accommodate our brides.

What is the price range for your dresses?

We offer both hire and purchase options.  The average purchase price is between US500 to US2,500 and the average rental price is between US$150 to US$500.

Do you keep all dresses as advertised in store?

We keep a selection of each collection in store, not all dresses are in store as they might have been sold off the floor or are an order only dress.

Can all dresses be hired out?

Not all dresses are for rental, we do have a certain selection that are available. You can ask find out by contacting us. 

How do I pay for my dress?

If you are ordering a gown, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time you order your gown. The balance of the purchase price should be paid before or upon collection of the dress.

If you are buying a sample gown, we require 100% payment and you must take the dress home with you that day.
